Ijeoma is the Managing Director / CEO of ORC Capital Limited. She is in charge of driving the strategic direction, growth and operation of the company. Prior to joining ORC, she was the Regional Head of Managed Investment and Advisory, Africa and Middle East for Wealth Management, Standard Chartered Bank, from 2019 to May 2024. Prior to taking on the Africa and Middle East Regional role, Ijeoma was the Head of Wealth Management, Priority & International Banking for Nigeria and West Africa, responsible for the development and implementation of business strategies aimed to build and entrench the Wealth Management and Affluent Banking business in West Africa.
Her career has spanned diverse experiences across various Banks, Countries as well as Regional Responsibilities. Her various responsibilities in Nigeria and the Region included branch, Product and Segment management, P&L and Risk Ownership, Leadership responsibilities. She initiated, launched and managed various projects, products, segments solutions and new business development initiatives.
Ijeoma holds an LLB from University of Nigeria, Nsukka, a BL and an MBA. She is a member of the Nigeria Institute of Management and an alumnus of INSEAD Business School Singapore and INSEAD Business School Fontainebleau, France. She was a member of the Diversity and Inclusion Council for SCB UAE
